Default Would $1000 toward new tires appeal to you?

So I think I'm going to sell my Z. It's a 2012 and I only have about 20K on it seein' as how it's parked for about 4 months of the year due to snow.

But it needs new tires.

My thoughts are: go ahead and put new tires on it and sell it at a 'normal' price. Or, sell it as if it had new tires and give $1000 cash (about what tires will cost) to the buyer.

Which would appeal to you-new tires or having cash to choose new tires? I figure that the majority of people will finance it so they may not have a thousand laying around to put new tires on it right away.
