kid made us mapo-tofu tonight from scratch, no help from me or mom.
turned out very good
taste was A+, restaurant level. he slightly turned the tofu too many times while heating causing them to crumble more than it should have, but it wasnt like in tiny pieces or anything.
i gave him an A.
