I see this is a very old post but I ordered the EVO-R Rear Fog/Brake Flashing LED Kit, Smoked, 09-14 370Z which can be seen here Motorsport! EVO-R Rear Fog/Brake Flashing LED Kit, Smoked, 09-14 370Z - The Z Store! Nissan-Datsun 240Z-260Z-280Z-280ZX-300ZX(Z31/Z32)-350Z-370Z Parts and all it came with was a paper that shows the 3 wire connections.
New light - Tail light
Black - Black
Red - Red
White - Green
The problem is my 2010 370Z Tail light has 5 wires, Green, Black, Blue, Orange, and Off White. The correct connection is
Black - Black
White - Green (Flashing Brake)
Red - BLUE (Solid running lights)

I figured I would post this in case someone else goes looking and can not find the correct wiring and help them not have to play the guessing game like I had to.
