Let's look at it this way. 2 different sports cars, both equal in performance, feel, looks and price. One loses $6k a year in value while the other only $1k a year. Would it have an influence on which car you'd purchase?

If you can honestly say it doesn't matter, to you. For me, I'd have to go with the $1k one.
