Only thing to be careful about with E85 pump gas is that it isn't always truly E85. Sometimes it might be more like E70 and other times might be more like E90. This is why most people I know that run corn in a high performance applications (prepared autox cars) are actually using E85R which is the race version of E85 and guaranteed to to be 85% ethanol. I'm sure if you had a very safety oriented tune on the car you'd probably be fine with pump E85 though.
