don't have a nismo, so i can't answer your question about 19" wheel on the spare, but figured i'd chime in since there haven't been any responses so far.

in practice, what you'd need to be concerned about is how closely the wheel and tire are in comparison to the original tire. I'd expect the spare to be about 26" in total diameter give or take. never taken the spare out to measure it though. the large difference in diameter is what would lead to sensors going whacky and might put some stress on your diff.

it should go without saying, but as with any car, it's not wise to run the spare for longer than 25-50 miles. they aren't meant for prolonged use no matter what the diameter.

also, i'd be really surprised if Nissan put a different spare in for the Nismos. then again, it wouldnt be the first time i was surprised by Nissan's decisions.
