UpRev and EcuTek are the most popular tuning options so one of the methods given above should work.

Another, more complicated, way to tell is to look at some of the tables that tuners change from factory settings. If you see some non-OEM numbers, you have a tune.

If all else fails, contact UpRev and EcuTek. IIRC, the tune is paired to the unique ECU in the car and they may have records.

Edit: Or go to a smog check place. They can usually tell if the ECU has been changed and exhaust gases will probably be out of spec.
