It's just EPT sealer. Ethylene - propylene terpolymer. You might be able to get it from a Nissan dealer. If not, it looks like Honda sells it.
There is one clip that is broken (not really the clip itself but the receiving slot near the center of the windshield), but it would have been that way since the day I got it used... and the cowling never seemed this loose before.

Knowing that the sealant strip isn't meant to actually hold the trim in place, I think I'll just put some Honda-bond or something similar which cleans up easily around the clip joints to hold it steady.
