I can agree with what you are saying. For me, the only quick reputable brand i could get at the store was dot 3, so i went with it. The temperature difference is only about 45 degrees however, so I really doubt that it would end up doing damage going with Dot 3. From what i understand our cars come with DOT 3, dont they?
