1) Turn it to off?

2) Yes, your engine ignition timing is advanced in expectation of 93 octane. You can run lower (the CPU will adjust) but you shouldn't.

3) Huh? This is a 4-stroke engine, not a weedwacker. Never put oil in your gas.
