taking your car to the dealer for new tires or any work for that matter is risky.
asking them to clean up something is even riskier.

play it safe next time by only taking the wheels to the tire place that has a touchless mounter. remove all weights, center caps, and valve caps beforehand, and roll them in loose. chances are the person mounting the wheel scuffed it...and you might find even more scratches on the barrel where the old weights were..
