The extended warranty/service plans are transferable, but 6 yrs / 88K mi is probably way past whatever the previous owner purchased. I had 5 yr / 72K coverage on my last Nissan vehicle.
The powertrain warranty on Nissans is 5 years and many dealers offer unlimited miles, but if you have an aftermarket K&N intake it's a
very safe bet that any dealer is going to deny a warranty claim on the Mass Airflow Sensor (even if the car's 1 day old).
