COSMO could be right but isn't he downpipe 3" too? That would mean you have a bottleneck in the whole system.

Could be your TQ number is that high because the turbine housing is undersized. A bigger A/R might fix that but my knowledge of designing a turbo setup stops at having read Maximum Boost by Mr. Corky Bell
