HERE, it should answer most of your questions. I don't know of anyone specifically in Charleston to recommend but one of the guys from that area may. In terms of price I'd say you should expect to pay anywhere from 300-600 depending on what you are looking for and who does the work. Those numbers are based off of quotes I got and what I actually paid. Also keep in mind that you need a Uprev license so that will of course add to your cost and there are several choices in that category as well.
