Haha, I was wondering who was going to say this first. Honest answer, no (hence I stated is a vent post). but did I loose faith in them doing what they said and set themselves out to do, no again. Plus, I asked enough questions to know the big-picture and in reality, somethings are out of one's control especially when it comes to processes, waiting on others, etc. The dependencies on other entities to set-up is the uncontrollable factor.
