Adjustable fuel pressure would be the only benefit on a NA vehicle unless that vehicle were so heavily modified that the factory fuel system wasn't keeping up. Basically, if fuel pressure isn't starting to fall towards redline at full throttle, there would be no performance benefits to increasing fuel supply.

I don't think that has stopped many people... But we have to say that there is no performance value behind it.
