Imagine a basketball with a air bubble in it, when it rolls once it completes its roll it hits that bump and slightly goes up a bit...

Ive NEVER noticed this issue before until recently I had my tire patched.

It happens when I turn left or right and it does not happen on 2/3 - 1/3 turns or even driving straight...

Any idea on what could be causing this? Ive checked my tired and there is no bumps or rubbing going on that I can see.

Thanks in advance.
I have the same issue with my OEM front tire, but I'm pretty sure you wrote the answer for your problem without noticing it lol
