Default Ideas on how to best hide the 3.5mm AUX cable coming out of stock/base stereo?

Anyone have any ideas on how to best hide the 3.5mm AUX cable I'll be plugging into the front of the stock base radio, and then running probably running towards the center arm rest?

I figured a "right angle" cable would stick out less.

Anyone know of any thin or low-profile cables? Suggestions?
