Not sure if it helps, but had the same problem after fitting my GReddy TT, one of the ABS sensor wires got cut off / split somehow, also the steering needed recalibrating in Consult III as I removed the steering knuckle and pushed the steering column higher so I can work in there

Reading the errors in Consult III helped a lot, obviously.
