I did the same thing, moving my side view mirrors out the farthest. However, I learned my lesson with the Honda CRX which has the same hatchback like blind spot issues. I don't have an issue so far, but the 370Z's *** is so big, it is sometimes difficult to see the road beneath back bumper when backing up
