If your willing to travel, Miami has quite a few late model ZR's. Under $25k for a loaded ZR will be tough. I haggled for a few days and got my 11' ZR(27K mileage) down to 25,900 and it's a base model w/aftermarket leather upgrade. Did make them throw on a new set of Bridgestone's for that price though.

Watch for top damage around the window frame on the 2010 models(window rubbing issue). That's about it
