If you swap the up/down shift so it works like a sequential using the knob is REALLY fun and intuitive.

AT Shifter Mod: Reverse the Up/Down Shift Directions
Used a trimmed OEM shifter boot for improved looks and to eliminate the problem of the "+" and "-" being visibly in the wrong place.
Works great!
