Upgrade the lines and fluid will help pedal feel and performance in track/auto-x but I wouldn't say either are critical upgrades to deal with more power. Can't go wrong with a better pad and rotor. I would say if you want to throw money at your brakes start with a good two piece rotor. Less rotational mass will mean better braking performance. A mildly aggressive street pad would be a good choice.

Don't forget your tires do most the work when stopping the car, so hopefully you are not going cheap in that area.
