correct. if you want about an inch lower than stock or = to swift R's you dont need to touch anything with the 6" spring and where i have it set. if you installed a 7" spring you'd have to lower the perch down an inch to get back down to where the spec R's are or where i have it set for the 6" spring.

the ONLY reason to buy and install a 7" spring is if you are bottoming out the spring. but A. that isnt going to happen on a 10k spring! with the 370Z having a light rear end and B. that isnt going to happen because a Z isnt a rally car hitting 100ft jumps.
