No problem. It is one of those things that if you never had to have the windshield replaced you would never know of the issue. However the dealership needs to make this right. It will probably be a difficult sell to get you in a brand new Z but compensation for the hidden damage isn't out of the question.

Need to learn all the facts of when/where the windshield was replaced. I would assume it was damaged during transport. The dealer either fixed it in house if they are equipped to do so or farmed it out. At which point the other business could of kept their shoddy job a secret from the dealer. However the dealer is still on the hook for not being up front that the windshield was replaced and for allowing whomever to do the repair that appears to be unqualified.
