Default 2012 Nismo 370Z

2012 Nismo 370Z in excellent condition. Locally bought and owned six speed. 14,032 miles and climbing slowly. Mainly selling because I have a company car, and the Z gets rarely used these days. Purchased new from Power Nissan in Chandler (Gilbert and 202) in April of 2012, and has remaining full factory warranty until April of 2015. I purchased it from the original owner in April of 2013 with less than 10K miles on it. Switched to Mobil 0w-40 last change, but otherwise, all factory fluids used. Since buying, I've added the following mods;

Fast Intentions TDX stainless exhaust system (full catback system)
Z1 Motorsports Setrab 24 row oil cooler (my oil temps never have exceeded 220, even in the summer)
Swift lowering springs (front and rear/IMHO the drop is perfect with the factory 19" wheels)
Z1 Motorsports rear lower adjustable control arms and camber bolts (needed to set alignment to factory specs)
Full alignment done by ADS Automotive in Chandler
Aftermarket front tow hook (fully functional, but never tracked, never used)
K&N air filters in the factory air boxes

If you're shopping for a 370Z and are on this forum, then you probably know everything else about it. I've taken care of the mods that 90% of owners want, and the car rides and handles like new. Price is firm, and you're getting a great car. Frankly, I just don't use it enough to justify having it sitting in the garage. I've owned many iconic sports cars over the years, and while the Z has less HP and torque than a Viper or Corvette, it honestly handles a bit better, and with 350+ hp, it's more than you can really use on the street anyway.

No low ballers, no brokers (don't need help selling), and please respect my time, as I will respect yours. Have funding in line if you're serious enough to come test drive it. I hold title, clean and clear. I've rated it's condition as excellent, because it has some very minor stone chips on the front hood and facia, commensurate with the cars age and mileage. Factory 19" wheels with some minor curb rash on one and stock tires with about 50% tread left. Minor, but don't want any surprises. Feel free to call if you have any questions, or are in the Phoenix area for a look.

Can't seem to post pics, so I'll include the link for my local Craigslist ad until I can figure out why they aren't posting.
