Hi welcome to the forums. We currently have
4 supporting dealer who can help you and answer all the question(s) you have regarding buying or leasing. Z always had bad lease prices. I dont' know why. It's just financially smart to buy the Z. But those who leased the Z, feel free to chime in.
As for model, do you need leather? Do you need nav? if you say NO to both questions, then you should get base with sports pack. Nav and bluetooth comes with touring. I do see that you want heated seat (cooled seat only offered in roadster). Touring model comes with leather with heated seat.
