Also, see if adding some Arc cool fins help -- there's a couple of threads on this. That plus adjusting the fan settings are inexpensive options to try before a cooler.

Another idea, if you aren't already doing so, switch to a good synthetic oil. A real favorite around here (and one also found to work well based on several used oil analyses) is Redline.

Lastly, take note of what gear you tend to be in when driving. If you are lugging the motor, it can introduce tons of extra heat into the system.

If those changes don't bring you back into the 220's* at the highest (and quite possibly a good bit lower), only other option is a cooler.
