I bought her a new cell phone yesterday as part of her present. I went to AT&T told them I wanted to buy her a phone, but her current phone needs to work until we are ready to activate the new phone (I wasn't going to give it to her until Sunday). She calls me up two hours after I purchase it asking if I bought her a new phone. I asked why and she says because her phone no longer has service. WTF AT&T?!?!?!
