Nothing wrong with running hubcentric spacers and proper hardened/extended stuff to get offsets where they need to be if too positive.

I currently run PF01 in 10.5 all around. Et38 front with a 10mm spacer to clear the suspension and et15 rear. I plan to get NT03 in 10.5 all around with a spacer in rear for clearance.
