check out wheel shops in your area, the procedure is not that complicated but its slightly confusing the first time you do it. just make sure they have previous experience via past work or something so that they take extra care to not crack/chip your paint.

we would normally charge about $100 for a pair of fenders, so around that price range is not too bad, good luck!!!
