They only come on after what seems like several hundred miles driven all at once. I went home this past week and it's around 250 miles and in the last 50 miles it came on, both on the way there and on the way back. I reset it while I was home and it didn't come back on till last night on my way back.

Typically it takes 50+ miles (sometimes into the hundreds) for the emissions system to complete its check-out at which point if it was detecting any issues it will display them. The codes listed are showing just that. It is not as uncommon as you might think. Even with extended O2 bungs you can still get a CEL. Berks are at even greater risk for a CEL just by design.

Sorry man. Once you start playing with your emissions system you better be ready to pay the price. And if that CEL doesn't clear (and stay cleared) you are going to have to deal with the light and once a year, a month before your inspection, swap your stock cats back in and drive to allow your emissions to complete its check-out and then get your car inspected.

Now do you understand why I still have a stock exhaust?
