People confuse Nismo spoiler with Nismo S-tune spoiler, which is the only one you can buy from a dealership with out having an actual Nismo VIN number. S-Tune wil not cover the holes.

Seibon and EVO-R also cover the holes, but do not use the same holes.

All you have to do is to look where the sport spoiler is positioned relative to the break light. When you look at the Nismo, it is in the same position. S-Tune is higher.
