This is ridiculous and the lawyer that stirred this up needs to be drawn and quartered.

No, they are not referring to the power, they are referring to the fact that the car was set up from the factory to have neutral handling. This is what you want in your race car, but not necessarily a car that will be used on the street by "normal" drivers. It's not a "flaw" per se, but it was designed to handle that way. 99.9% of cars are designed and engineered to understeer. It's much safer that way.

As for the Leno and Donohue high speed attempt, Leno spun on one of his laps at very high speed. Leno was very fortunate not to have crashed.
