Anything gasoline, 650cc and you are golden. There is no need to go higher without e85 because I wouldnt trust the stuff past 550 on 93(even that is risky).
I am talking about a return correction. It has been seen on almost every car that there is a loss in pressure at around the 500hp mark. I would beef up my system just to avoid any problems related.
It all depends on your goals and package. There is no blanket answer for any of this.
