You guys that think Paypal has you covered are fooling yourselves. Here's what happened to me. I file a $1200 dispute with Paypal. Paypal rules on my behalf and rewards me $1200. However they can't collect because the seller already sucked his account dry. Even though this dude may be on the level, don't fool yourselves with Paypal. Even if you use a credit card through Paypal you aren't always guaranteed your chargeback will be successful.
