No- you did right- I own g37s but the Z is isn't as heavy and corners much better.
Onto the BMW comparison- get the Z or get a Porsche. I am a fan of BMW sedans but nothing else. Price out used Cayman's and then make the choice but the bloated Bimmer is not as rewarding as the Z. Now the Cayman-well a much different matter! Good luck- if you get "stuck" with the Z you will be drving one of the best cars on the road that, IMHO, "suffers" only when comparing it to P-cars.
