looking at auto trader all the <$30k look pretty rough
one guy is only looking for $18K it's auto and his pics show it cover in snow
I know you want MT though. but I bet you also want one in good shape to start with no?
couple others around $27-29K say they include winter tires so yo know it has been abused with winter driving
they should be asking the city to be reimbursed for their snow plow services
