I ship tires and wheels all the time!! Just get $5 in packing tape, tape 2 together at 3 different sections of the tire, and take to post office. It literally might be the easiest thing to ship! I'll take 2, then put the other 2 on eBay and get $250 for those. Buyer paying shipping and PayPal no problem. I have no idea why people refuse to ship.
