Default Slight RPM Rise?

So I've noticed something interesting when driving. Obviously while driving, you clutch in and the RPM drops. I let my car warm up until the RPM drops to 1000. I start driving and after clutching in to shift, the RPM actually rises 100-200rpm giving off an audible purr of the exhaust. That's what caught my attention. Foot off the gas, clutch in and RPM rise. It does this through every gear until the car warms up to normal operating temperatures. Anyone else experience this? Is it normal?

Also S-mode was off.
