I think the titanium washer mod is by the most effective and turns out with the best sound...
or you can use a 3mm uranium drill-bit bought from space-depot to drill a 3/8" hole in the area where the cat connect to the mid-pipe thus increase the airflow into the mid-pipe thus more air going through the muffler thus louder exhaust note..
