I did the 7yr/70k miles extended warranty and 2 years free maintenance (oil changes/tire rotations/etc). Since this is a "weekend" car, I didn't need any more than 70k miles coverage but the 7yrs is nice.
Total cost was pretty high (~1895) but the reduction from 3.9% to 3.49% made the price low enough (under 1500) for me to get suckered into the extended warranty/maintenance.
BTW - I picked up the car last night and I can't stop looking at her! It was parked in my driveway last night and I had to go outside to sneak a peek every 30mins! Coming into the office this morning, I had to look at the car for a couple of minutes before walking into the building. I think I'm stalking my car....
