After having my car tuned (after full bolt ons) I can honestly say the difference in the transmission side of the house is night and day. I have a 7AT as well, and the shifts are crisp and Quick. Power is there ready to be delivered thanks to lightweight crank pulleys. The motor revs much faster and goes through gears a lot quicker getting up to crusing speed and maintaining. My gas mileage is at 23.2
