It was just a ten minute drive and I couldn't really get on the car with the salesman. I knew it wasn't going to have neck breaking torque but I thought it would have a bit more kick than what I experienced. A few things that came to my mind are:
1. Perhaps the the 7AT starts at 2nd gear if you "baby" the car?
2. Obviously the car hasn't been broken in yet
3. You need to keep the reves pretty high to feel the power. I presume the way to do this with 7AT is in manual mode
Again, I LOVED mostly everything about the Z but was slightly let down by power delivery and exhaust note. Perhaps, I need to go for another test drive or get my a$$ recalibrated
