Ordering a car from the factory is actually cheaper for the dealer since they don't have to make the car payments while it sits on the lot.

If a dealer doesn't want to order one for you then they are just being stupid because they want to sell you what's on the lot.

If that ends up happening contact the Fleet Manager via email or phone. Fleet managers work different than sales rep vultures that stock you right when you drive into the lot. If you know you exactly what you want let them know, they'll put it together and they'll give you a price. If the price isn't what you want say at Invoice. Tell them you want it at for $xx,xxx and see what they say.

Always get a 2nd quote from another dealership and let them quote you first, and hint to them that you are shopping around for the best price. Once they give you a quote and it comes in higher tell them "Well thanks but i already got quoted less than that, if you can beat it I'll go in person to discuss with you.

Good luck.
