The #1 reason I go with red in the front is because I can actually USE them while moving if I really need to. Red is MUCH easier on your eyes overall and as long as you aren't staring at the lenses they are completely usable. Also....the red is pretty bad ***...IMO...
In fact the stock yellow ones, to me, are distracting
and useless because of how bright they are combined with being such a harsh color right next to your eyes.
