Default 3rd to 2nd downshift grind

Sorry if this is a duplicate thread, I did a search and found a few threads suggesting switching to Redline MT fluid, but thought I would ask for other opinions/experiences.

I went for a spirited drive in the twisties yesterday and gave it a hard downshift from 3rd to 2nd in high RPMs (5-6k after it went into 2nd). I clutched all the way in and it still ground the gears going into 2nd.

My car only has 3800 miles, was fully warmed up, and was not running hot (coolant or oil temp). This only happened once, but after it did, I was making sure to keep the RPMs lower on my downshifts.

Anything to be concerned about? Would it make sense to switch to Redline MT fluid already?
