Depending on what you listen to, Sirius may be a bit limiting. For instance if you listen to only the EDM/BPM stations, you're going to hear plenty of repeated content since they only have 2 (3 if you include chill) stations and one of those stations (BPM) repeats heavily.

If you dig Classical, you likely will not hear repeats and could be quite happy with the 2 Sirius stations.

Update: Do want to add that I love my own music collection and thus have an ipod hooked up to the Z (my cars are the only place/reasons I buy into ipod/apple anything). But I use Sirius as a way to listen to new stuff. I have periods of my life where I just listened to what I had, and subsequently missed swaths of new music. I now try to maintain a balance and make sure I still hear new stuff. I fill the better part of a 160GB ipod, so even still I hear "new" things from my collection on a regular basis.
