 DURING WINTER HOURS CALL THE TRACK HOTLINE AT 303-769-4771 TO CHECK IF THE LAPPING DAY HAS BEEN CANCELLED DUE TO WEATHER

 WINTER ONLY - If less than 10 people have registered via the online signup by 12:00 NOON the FRIDAY before the Lapping Day, the Lapping Day will be
canceled due to lack of signups. If the Lapping Day is canceled due to lack of signups everyone who registered will receive a 100% credit towards a future

 The recorded message will be updated periodically during the week. A final determination with regards to signups for BOTH Saturday and Sunday lapping will be
recorded just after 12:00 noon on the FRIDAY before. A final determination with regards to weather will be made as the weather dictates, but no later than 8:00
am the day of.
 Gates will open no later than 9:00 am.
 Drivers/Riders Meeting will be at 9:40.
 Track will be hot from 10:00 am until 4:00 pm with no lunch break.
 Sessions will be determined on an “as needed” basis. We try to limit sessions as much as possible to insure the participants get the maximum amount of track
time. Most often we will simply do groups of “slow” and “fast” in 30 minute sessions, but will break groups down further if safety concerns dictate.
