Three possibilities that I can see:
1) Blown fuse(s) - you say you checked them but if you are not familiar with fuses you may have overlooked the blown fuse(s).
2) Blown fusible link - same as #1
3) Burnt out wire - not likely but look for dark places in the wire insulation.

Fuse/link locations and specs are in the FSM. Checking fuses with a voltmeter or test light is much more accurate than eyeballing it.
